Well, I screwed up two weeks in a row and indulged in sweets and fast food.  I have not gained weight but I have not lost any either.  I feel myself struggling to get back on my healthy eating kick.  I am having huge cravings for sweets.  I am sure it is because I have been eating them the last two weeks and now my body wants more.  I think if I can get past the next few days the cravings will subside somewhat.  At least that is what I am hoping for.  Wish me luck.

I don’t feel good!

Ugh!  I feel yucky!!  I am coming down with something and feel totally worn out.  I do not feel like cooking any healthy foods.  Thankfully I do have some back ups frozen in my freezer.  So I should be good there.  I won’t be doing much today so I better reduce my calorie intake to help compensate for me being lazy today.  I am really hoping to loose more than 1 pound this week, but I think this might be a slight step back.  I will keep my fingers crossed though that the scale will be friendly to me this week.

This website is great.  I am loving everything about it so far.  I am so happy to be losing weight but know that it will be very difficult to do on my own.  That is where all of you come in.  I am so happy I found this place.  I can not wait to drop all of this weight that I need to.  I have only lost 7 pounds so far but I am  already feeling pretty good.
